What are signs your fencing should be repaired or replaced?

Common signs that you should have a fencing contractor look at your fence for possible repairs are Warped pickets, Dry Rot near the base of pickets and posts, discoloration of pickets, and Rust stains around nails/screws or metal fence posts.

What Materials do you use?

Unlike most companies in the Dallas – Fort Worth Area, We use only the best quality products from the best local distributors. We will never use nails to secure a fence, we always use strong weather resistant screws to ensure a longer lasting and more durable product.

Is a permit required for Fence Repairs or Installation?

While smaller repairs and builds may not require a local permit to be issued, Like New Exteriors makes sure that all local and neighborhood requirements are being met. There are times that we may need to enlist the help of the client or homeowner to get specialized permits prior to the start of the project.

What are your Payment terms?

In most cases we will require a 50% upfront payment with any signed and accepted agreement and bid. The remaining balance will be due immidiately following the completion of the project. we do not order anymaterial or schedule installation until upfront deposit is made. We also follow any and all local sales and use tax requirements and portions of your install may be subject to local, state and federal taxes.
